Hablando de canales con grandes apuestas, FOX se arriesgó este año con trs grandes producciones, como fueron "Terra Nova", "Alcatraz" y "Touch", pero solo esta última sobrevivió y a duras penas. Sin embargo, algo que hay que rescatarle es que, sin importar magros resultados, apostó por seguir "perdiendo" dinero una temporada más, para darle a "Fringe" un final digno. 

En el rubro comedia, "New Girl" tuvo buenos resultados de audiencia y "Rasing Hope" elevó sus números también, lo que les dió a ambas la posibilidad de seguir en el aire un año más, a diferencia de "Breaking In" y "I Hate My Teenager Daugther". También sigue apostando por lo seguro, al renovar "Bones", "The Simpson" e inexplicablemente "Glee", que podría perder a gran parte de su elenco original. Otra carta segura, "House" llega a su final.
